Three Full Year Limited Warranty Policy

DO NOT SEND REPAIRS TO CERES WATCHES

M & Daisy, Inc. warrants to the original consumer for a period of three (3) years from the date of purchase under the terms and conditions of this warranty.  The limited warranty covers all manufacturing and mechanical defects, excluding malfunction or deterioration resulting from accidents or negligence.

INSTRUCTIONS: Should warranty service be required, please send the warranty, a copy of the sales receipt, and a description of the defect with a payment of $10.95 (by check or money order) made payable to M & Daisy, Inc. to cover the cost of shipping and handling. This fee applies to all warranty services but may be subject to vary for some states including Hawaii and California.

IMPORTANT: Do not return the watch to retailer. Pack the watch carefully. Please send by regular mail (not by UPS) to the following address:

To ensure the proper return of your merchandise, it is important that you print your name and address clearly on the outside of the package and complete the required information on the reverse side of the warranty.  Please allow approximately 4 to 6 weeks for your repair.

For service that is not covered under the warranty, an additional charge may incur dependent on the watch style and type of work requested. Such charges will be notified and agreed by you prior to performing the services.
