Return Policy


For returns, please contact our customer service representatives by email at info@cereswatches.com or call 888-494-2208 within 10 days. Explain your reason for return in order to obtain a return authorization number. Cereswatches.com will not process any returns without a documented return authorization number. There is a 20% Restocking Fee for all returns. Package your return item in a well padded envelope or box to prevent damage in transit, and enclose a note with your return authorization number inside your return package. Remember we can only credit you for the items received back in our warehouse. Returns. All returns should be addressed to:

Important: Be sure to write your return authorization number on the outside of your package.
Ship to Ceres Watches via United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS or FedEX with a tracking number. We apologize but return shipping fees are not refundable.
You will recieve an email notification when your return is received and processed. You should see a credit statement notification to your email within 30 days.
Please note: Only products proven to be purchased on cereswatches.com may be returned for credit. Returns are not accepted on discounted or promotional items.
Exchanges are not accepted at cereswatches.com.
If you have questions about returns or damages, please feel free to contact us at info@cereswatches.com If your order arrives broken/significantly damaged - please send a photo to info@cereswatches.com with your purchase information and details along with your contact information. It is normal for the shipping carton to show wear, however, if significant damage occurred to the item(s) inside your shipment, please contact us immediately. To assure prompt resolution, please keep the box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection.
